Kicad is likely the most professional PC CAD tool available for free (or even for a reasonable price). It does have a bit of a learning curve, though. I have been using Diptrace for years, but it's not free and not as capable is Kicad. I have also used Altium, but its very expensive. The Digikey library is a nice bonus.
