Re: Ubitx sticks on transmit

The PTT pin at A3 of the Nano should go from zero volts DC during transmit to up around 5v during receive.
Does it?

If it is around 5v and still transmitting, what firmware are you using?? Version?
Maybe hack the firmware sketch to continuously report the state of the PTT pin out the UART debug port to the host:

If it's not something shorting PTT to ground during receive, and if the firmware is correct,
could be that the IO cell for pin A3 of your Nano got blown.

My ubitx will frequently stay in transmit. The only way to get it out is to transmit another time and return it to normal. Sometimes it takes several transmissions to get it back to receive.?

In the video linked at the end of this email I am using Winlink. At about 20 second into the video you can hear that it doesn't click out of transmit and see it on the swr meter. The next transmit from Winlink returns it to normal but it happens again.?

When it sticks in transmit I don't know where it is transmitting but the swr goes way up so it must not be on the same frequency as it is set to.?

Any ideas about what might be going on?

?
Thanks, Scott?
