Hello Mike,
If you press and hold the encoder for about two seconds you access the "Tune Step" adjustment menu. Values range from 10Hz per step up to 200Hz per step which allows you to quickly tune though a band.
Alternatively for even faster continuous change, after pressing the encoder briefly and while displaying "Band Select", press and hold the encoder for more than 2 seconds, you then switch to the "General Mode" tuning whereby each tune step is 100KHz.
Another long press while displaying "Band Select" will bring you back in "Ham Band Mode".
