To work properly Arduino IDE awaits your ?sketch to reside in a directory with the same name as you sketch.

So changing ?directory name from?uBTIX_Master to ubitx_20 like?

/home/pi/Arduino/ubitx_20/ubitx_20.ino?

should help.
