I use a 13.5 , 2 amp power source instead of 12 volts lead-acid battery, like in shown voltages chart.
Remeasured voltages are:
Q13: collector 13.34 v, base 4.21 v, emmitter 3.57 v
As i see they are practically the same as in voltage chart.
