It definitely possible. All you need is a voltage divider to a spare analog pin. I'm using the 2nd line on my B40 for relative power out with Pavel's sampler circuit and it displays a bar.

I had the exact same result. I ended up pulling it. It's funny
tho, I have the exact same meter on my bench supply (I bought a few
and one went there) and it's quiet as can be.
