Ok so its done!

specs are as follows

24v Source 5w drive

Total amps CW key down 2.998

on 40m got just short of 40w out

swr on all bands

160m = 1.02

80m = 1.04

40m = 1.10

30m = 1.16

20m = 1.27

17m = 1.38

15m = 1.43

10m = 1.44

?

So all in all at 24v and not 28v I will take it!
