Caps look fine to
me. The two resistors can't really be seen from the at view,
as far as the solder joins closest to the Si5153 are concerned
but I would suspect that they are also OK.

Do those two capacitors look bad to you? I didn't notice that
before, but where the solder should be looks cratered in that pic
