Well I just tried it out, the radio first restores all factory settings,
then goes through the setup sequence and finally ends up in the SETTINGS
menu.
However, when there are grounding issues then there might be noise on
the Arduino input pin (the arduino might sometimes see a 'LOW',
sometimes a 'HIGH') and then the behaviour might be different.
