That will give you another signal you can hunt for with your communications ?receiver. And it will force the receiver to work in the 40 m band. ? If you're able to hear the VFO ?signal at that point, then you'll be able to use the
techniques in the video, ?to begin the Narrow down where the problems are. ? ?And you might investigate the tuning potentiometer to see if the wiring there might be an issue.
