yes I will be using an insulating kits I found when taking apart the old power supply that I am using for a case. I am cutting out aluminum shims from power supply heatsink to make the gap. Looks like it will take two. I will put one of those thermal pads between each one. I brought three different size taps home form work today will figure which size on a spare piece.
Is there a sketch that supports a temp sensor or do yall just use a inferred temp gun? I definitely will not use jumpers as john suggested
