Personal experience, I use them as my dedicated shipper now.. ?one order I had to be redone 4 time because they had lost it in transit by the 5th it finally made it to the customer, between the 400+ orders that go out a week I know the following week there will be 20+ lost. In my opinion the ten dollars for DHL is well worth it.
