I am on the road so I can't verify this but I think you actually must have the compiler connected to some version of the arduino for the code to compile. I think I ran into the same issue; but, there may be a workaround.

Do you have MorseCode.h in the same folder with the BDOSoftwareRe10106.ino file?
If not try that!
