Grab your voltmeters guys. Check the input and output voltages of the 3 term regulator hanging off the side.
Also try unplugging the connectors going in and plugging the Raduino in to your PC.

communicate with the radrino and then the phone rang so I packed it up
for the night. I may look at it again tonight. The main board still
seems to power up and I can hear the relays clicking when I key up.
