Thanks for reply and OK I understand all you mentioned.
The first code loss will be prevent by using the manual PTT SW to ON.

But I feel the main issue is the 1:3 ratio of the morse code is broken during the transmit.
I think it may be caused by unbalancing the mixer timing problem of the firmware source code.
