Now I realize your question in deep... sorry.
I removed the old (legacy) way of calibrating by shorting A2
(CAL_BUTTON) when powering on the radio in favor of the new via the
FBUTTON while the radio is running.
Just that, it break old compatibility with former Raduino docs, but
as far as I knows almost all people use Allard's code and knows the
FBUTTON way.
