The ceramic is used with the tuning pot. See the instructions at??? Step 3: Wire up the Raduino, connect the tuning pot --> solder the 0.1uF disc ceramic between the yellow and violet wires on the tuning pot.
I'm still trying to figure out what the surface mount cap is for...please do let me know if you find out!?
