A few questions on parts.
Should the ATMEGA board have female connectors? I assume it plugs in on top of the male connectors on the board. A pic of the assembly would be useful.
Where can you find the Mini Circuits MAR-3SM+? Neither ebay nor Digikey claim that they have the "+". The only source I found was Mini Circuits, which had a minimum purchase on 20.
