The socket on the Raduino is a mini USB as people have said but, as the
arduino board on the raduino is a cheap clone it¡¯s a poor quality socket.

The fit on mine was VERY tight and also the plug did not seem to go as far
in as normal but it made a useable and (so far) reliable connection. for
programming

I did need to give it some extra ¡®urge¡¯ to push it home and it hasn¡¯t
damaged it.
