Hi Cor,
as from v1.04, 100x oversampling is implemented in order to increase the
resolution by a factor 10. So we can read 10240 analog levels.
This allows for smooth and precise tuning over a wide range.
See the function knob_position() at lines 873-885.
We use the increased resolution even when a 1-turn pot is installed. So
that the code is universal for any pot type.
Try it - it works!

different analog levels. This remains the same whether a 1-turn pot or a
10-turn pot is being used. Having a 200kHz tuning range gives you roughly
a
200Hz resolution. To my taste that is too course for a good sound
quality.

The code is universal for a 1-turn or a multi-turn pot.
In the SETTINGS menu you can set the tuning range. Default is 50 kHz for a
1-turn pot. For a 10-turn pot, 200kHz is recommended. But you can use any
other value you like between 10 and 520 kHz.
