So it took me this long to test the IRF510 per your suggestion Jerry. To recap, when I first turned on my BITX20 there was a snap pop and a flash around the IRF510 (not sure exactly where.) Receive is fantastic, but no power on transmit. I tested the top of the IRF510 (per Jerry) and it is indeed receiving 12V. I have closely inspected the entire region of the board and see no evidence of damage, even tested all the solder joints and they all seem stable. Any suggestions for further testing would be enormously helpful! Happy Easter all!
