Has anyone been able to come up with either a vox ptt or a serial PTT that works the one that i used with my kenwood 520 didn't work just kept closing the circuit no matter what I did couldn't get it to function, I have even tried a? NPN transistor vox circuit and that won't trigger it because of the voltage across the ptt relay coil.? I have been on the breadboard all day trying all sorts of fails.i would prefer a vox ptt if anyone has done this but either would work.
