Spray the box, put a cell phone in it and try to call it, maybe instead of a cell phone put a small 2m/70cm radio?

Cold Galvanizing paint is an interesting option. Rustoleum even sells that in a spray can. Any idea how we could test the effectiveness of that paint for RF shielding??
