It is standard practice that to eliminate any source of noise the decoupling has to be as near the source as possible using capacitors suitable for the frequency/ies involved.
This also aids stability.
Shielding of the readout and its wiring will also help.
Using shielded cables including in the audio stages is also standard practice.
