I juszt received my new Arduino Nano board from China and tried to upload the sketch and it worked without any problems. So it is for sure now, that the Nano on the Raduino died during the calibration porocess.
I have to unsolder the old and solder the new one now. Will do it on the weekend and then hopefully be able to get the BITX40 ready.
