?I fear whether the fet did not give up by a possible leakage between drain and gate.
?It is also possible at the solder side by any bridge .
?Secondly I also fear whether the Tx/Rx relay contacts got bunched !! getting interested in joining for proper diagnosis.

C153, C154, C157 and Q15.

As Q15 gets hot I would say is toasted. I would try to remove it and apply PA Pwr again. If your receive signal does not change you found the fault.
