I don't have my Bitx40 yet, but what you are seeing might be the characteristic Bitx "pop" when it
switches the audio over to the mike amp for transmit. ?If that's the case, then all might be well except the stuff around Q12. ?Perhaps it is just a faulty or mis-wired microphone.
