I have built in an Micro-SD-Card-Extender that¡¯s why now I have a slot for
changing the SD-Card
from outside without deassembling the enclosure .

Trouble is, to swap the SD card REQUIRES disassembling the radio - at least
removing the case. Not an "in the field" friendly operation. Having a proper
shutdown command sent to the Raspberry Pi greatly reduces the chance of SD card
corruption.
