Guys, I had no intention of creating a message storm on this.? Sorry!? I just wanted to see if anyone else had seen this strange message from DHL. With all the confusion over tariffs, I'm sure the shipping companies are having a rough time trying to comply with the latest edicts.? I'm certainly confused on a regular basis.

Yes, I got an email from DHL.? Yes, I made sure it was really from DHL.? Yes, I do have a tracking number.? Yes, I did go to their tracking site.? That's where I got the message about the package being on hold. The message made it sound like I had to take action to get the package moving again.? Yes, I did call customer support and tried the AI agent.? Not helpful.? Yes, I sent an email to support.? Relevant part of the response I got is shown below.

In this case, it looks like the package was detained by customs in the origin country and is under inspection by Customs and not by DHL; there is no further information required for your shipment yet, at this point there is no specific timeframe for them to release your shipment.?

At this point, it looks like a customs thing, rather than a tariffs thing, but who knows. Hopefully the package will magically appear one day.
