I got the same issue with dhl besides i find the import tax they charge is about 40 % its crazy?

I can not follow that any one can explain?

The EORI number registered in the European Union - The registered office must be registered to an address within the EU.
If you do not yet have an EORI number, please apply for one free of charge at and send us a copy of the submitted form 0870 for clearance as proof.
For EORI numbers from another EU member state, we require an extract from the commercial register.
For an establishment number >0000, we require the two-page establishment letter from the customs authority.
