Re: Tariffs and zBitx Shipments #zbitx

Ken - there are additional orders which go into much more detail than provided by the fact sheets.? While China appears to be the first country to have the de minimis exclusion removed, other countries are also being prepped for removal.? It's outlined in the EOs and the logistics world is already preparing for additional processing from additional vountrirs.? It appears that India is one of the countries in the proverbial target zone.? While this doesn't yet fit your desire to only hear "what is", it does support my earlier point that once a threshold is crossed, it's much easier for the kudzu to spread.
?
I hope the de minimis exclusion remains for imports from India.? In this current environment, however, I wouldn't bet against it.

You should have included the very first paragraph of the Whitehouse fact sheet - It clearly states that the de minimus exception is indeed gone as relates to China, and only China:

I believe all of HF Signals products are assembled in India, and while the components inside their products most certainly come from China, they are not subject to U.S. import tariffs having passed thru India.

A technical term from a lifetime in uniform rears it's ugly head yet again: BOHICA.
