A zBitx (for example) imported into the US from India is not subject to any of US tariffs in the news today because of the de minimus clause/exception, since they are shipped individually, but as you describe the various components as they work their way from the factory to you (HF Signals) are subject numerous tariffs as they cross international borders.
As has been discussed previously in this forum, other countries treat the importation of HF Signals products differently, sometimes imposing tariffs or other fees on the imported devices, but that is not, and to the best of my knowledge will not, be the case in the US because of the de minimus clause/exception.
