I run SDC on Windows and as much as it is really impressive, I wouldn't be tempted in the slightest to try and get it running on the sBitx.??

If you haven't already I'd take a look at Fldigi, it can decode multiple CW signals within the audio bandwidth and can perform operator lookups and logging from the decodes.
