Gyula recently uncovered an issue when using the QRO option. ?A few of you have purchased my QRO boards and will want to do a quick easy fix. ?It turns out that there is a configuration setting which will turn your QRO on during bootup even without keying. ?That could cause your amp to go into TX mode before the sbitx software is started. ?This is an easy fix, but one that you will need to do on your own.? JJ? will make the change in the next image. ?Until then, if you are using the QRO option, either make sure your amp is disconnected from the QRO until the sbitx software starts, or do the following:
?
Open a terminal and type:
?
sudo nano /boot/firmware/config.txt
?
?
Scroll down until you see the section labeled [All]. ?Look for the 12 in that line and delete it. Just the number 12 and nothing else. Seen highlighted in this image.
?
Then type Ctrl-x. ?Then y to save changes, and enter to save to the same filename.
Then reboot the radio and you'll be good to go.
