Have you downloaded and installed the "Preconfigured 64 Bit sBitx Platform" image prior to trying the "update" commands?? Only after installing the "64bit v3.1 BTS" image will the upgrade to "64bit v4.0" work.?

Goto "https://github.com/drexjj/sbitx/releases/tag/sBitx-31-64b-Prod" and follow the instructions there on how to download and install it.
Carefully read the instructions, as it explains where to find the download link.

If you have already done all of that, then the link to start sBitx will be on the toolbar at the bottom of the desktop.?
