since you have sbitx v2, the app needs hw_settings.ini and user_settings.ini files to work well.
hw_settings.ini contains the parameters established by the manufacturer, which are necessary for the proper operation of the device.
The user_settings.ini file contains the data set by the user.
I'll go further: with the default prefix, if it gets damaged and you can't restore these ini files, you have to use these default files if absolutely necessary. They contain an approximate setting, because without them the application does not work well.
You should always have a backup of these files when you upgrade the application and make a QSO, then these backups help to ensure correct operation.
