Ubitx v6 as claimed by designer is 0.2uV, but IMO - even better.
RTL-SDR what I have found ~0.5uV - which is what I have observed - ubitx is far more sensitive than RTL-SDR.
It should be also more resistant for cross talk as this is superheterodyne receiver.
The advance of RTL-SDR is multi modulation platform (AM, FM, SSB, CW etc.) while ubitx is SSB and CW.
For Your purpose (wide coverage mobile receiver) You should rather consider some global radio (like Tecsun, ATS-20 etc.).
But if You are looking good, cheap transceiver I recommend ubitx v6.

Last IARU HF July 2024 contest I have made a lot of DX contacts with ubitx v6 and PA70 amplifier (on some bands PA not exceeding 30W, lower 50-60W).
From central Poland I made contacts with Brasil, Argentina, Japan, USA, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Oman, China...
?
This is really powerful rig and I like it mostly due to its superheterodyne design, simplicity, reliability, tinker-ability...
