This looks like the "course" BFO setting used to zero beat the AM signal.? Note that there is little to no signal above 1.8 KHz.? What values are you entering when you press the tuning knob?? If you look closely at the video, you will note that Farhan has set it to 11.056 for the course adjustment, and then for the final adjustment, it is 11.0554.? your values should be close to these.
There have been reports of the Raduino Si5351 failure causing similar issues.? To test it, you need a scope or frequency counter to verify the three clock signals.
