I noticed that there was a bit of confusion about the folder name, which is now cleared up for me.
So you can call it from the sBITX-toolbox64 folder on github and install the toolbox in the sBITX-toolbox folder on the 64-bit system.

If you are still using the 32-bit system, you can download it from the sBITX-toolbox folder on github and install it in the sBITX-toolbox folder.
Reordering icons works fine on 64 bit.
