To add a bit of nuance....? If you run the radio as it is using only the sbitx software, no fan is needed.? I have been playing with using JTDX with gridtracker, and the pi gets very hot.? Only takes about 45min to hit the 80C max.? I'm planning to add some
cooling to the pi.? But again, if all you use is the built-in software, nothing is needed.
