Hi Nick,

Check the voltage on Q6.? With no modulation, it should be close to:
Collector - 10.1
Base - 2.03
Emitter - 1.4

Also, verify that there is voltage on the mic cartridge.

You do need to select one of the SSB modes for the above tests.
