It would be interesting to see if adding a suitable cable from the USB power port on the Pi to the regulator in the sBITX also eliminated the warnings.
Good points made. The low voltage suppress line in config.txt is also present on the as-shipped sBitx 32bit so Jerry and I didn't question it on our builds. I run my sBitx at 12.8-13.8 volts without issues. One could measure the current and voltage at the Pi to see if they are sufficient.
