I've got a Bitx40, but I've never assembled it, so I haven't tried this with a Bitx40 yet.? But it should work fine.
There's a location on my ALC board where I would normally install a 1k resistor.? For the Bitx40, I would probably install a 1uf capacitor in that location and then remove C115 on the Bitx40 board and connect the ALC board (input and output audio) to the pads where C115 was located.
This next week I'll put together my Bitx40 on the bench where I can try it out and then let you know how it goes.
