I don't use a VPN, the Internet only works through a direct ADSL connection.
I also indicated in the previous image that I have three types of time.
The first time I select the time zone, EU Budapest (Central European Time, CET), so the time zone is displayed correctly in the top row.
JTDX correctly indicates UTC (CET-1). Until then, sbitx shows -2 hours (CET-2).
I enter timedatectl in the terminal, then the answer is:
According to the sbitx login screen, there is RTC, but I don't see it here.
