Hi Tom, I would test that Q9 and Q101 are working correctly.? Then verify that you get the bias voltage on D6 with the PA_BIAS fully counterclockwise.? If the 5.6 volts is on D6, adjust the bias to start conducting current and verify the voltage on the gates of one of the IRFZ24N transistors.
