Blown finals

 

I blew the finals while not trying to xmit. No ant or dummy load the finals blew and one shorted.? Replaced them with 2 matching Mosfets. Set bias all the way counterclockwise,? Ran the bias set test and the idle current is .6amps.? With the bias all the way counterclockwise the current jumps to 1 amp a 400 MA increase.? Xmit power is zero on all bands.? something else is blown, not sure what. Any thoughts?
