@Evan
I tested my V3 and found the power to read about 1 watt low and the SWR to read about 0.2 lower than an external meter.? It still follows when I go from one antenna to another and connect two dummy loads parallel to the output.? I ran a number of tests and found that the variation between bands is such that a calibration process would not be viable with the significant differences in response.
Thanks for confirming!
It is a good enough indicator to show when you have a problem.? It is not a tool to measure accurately.? The location and wiring of the sensors may cause this.? I will try putting a shielded wire instead of the bare wire for the primaries of the two sensors (L401 and L403).? This is the best way to construct these sensors:It may take a few days to a week to make the change and test.
I also noticed the bare wire on L401 and L403 and thought about replacing it with shielded copper wire. I look forward to hearing your results.?
