Our work locally with antenna multiplexers designed by Pavel, VA6AM, made us familiar with 6 kV ceramics made by TDK which he uses liberally
We found these (thru hole) capacitors available on Amazon which are rated at 3 kV and look identical. There are also scattered much smaller values available on Amazon several of which I have purchased
So far these have worked fine for us in RF filters designed for contests to 100 W

?Yes, I believe I have recorded output power levels on the V2 rig on 17M higher and normal at an earlier point. The capacitor is a 1206 SMD and showed no signs of damage. I have had occasional failures over the past couple of years with BNC and even SO-239 connectors which could have caused some problems of high SWR with open circuits. Of note, I had damage to a uBitx V6 (the drivers, interestingly) when I used a simple ATU-100 automatic tuner. The relays chatter like crazy and I had no problems until I connected that tuner. My guess is that the relays chattering presented hundreds of what amounted to brief open circuits and high SWR for which the rig was not designed. An occasional open circuit on the output of ?uBitx of an sBitx can lead to problems, so I try to minimize those mistakes.
