Today I had the opportunity to test v3 after v2.
Before that, I had to build a delta loop for 7MHz, which has good parameters at 7-14-21 MHz. It is not yet at the final height, because I am waiting for the PP rope to attach the vertical support element.
After that v3 was installed with git. Although during the operation it somehow skipped the sbitx file, so I downloaded the zip format and copied it into the folder. After that, v3 was already logged in. I entered the parameters and started using them.
A few things I noticed:
In FT8, it is difficult to adjust the TX frequency to an empty position, because the waterfall is located at the top, and the adjustment option in the frequency is located at the bottom after scrolling. It would be easier to use a combination of keys and a mouse.
On the website, KBD OFF works, until then, on the program page, this exits the program.
I looked for sbitx.db3 but can't find it anywhere. Where is the log file and what is it called? If I need to change something, how can I do it? It happened during the qso that he entered a different locator, I would like to restore this. There is a keyboard in the htlm window, but I haven't figured out how it works.
