no, I had not made the suggested change in the drive to the “pin” diodes — I merely evaluated the unit as received. ?I wasn’t expecting to find the issues at all!!
A) since perhaps increasing the diode bias is a more important update than I had realized, I’ll do that and then make Re- measurements.
B) ?I should also sand/grind some of the connections between case parts and make separate measurements there also if I can. ?
